In January, longtime Alameda County CIO and Registrar of Voters Tim Dupuis announced that he would be retiring from public service, punctuating a more than 26-year career with the regional California government.
In mid-July, the county’s Board of Supervisors voted to approve his permanent replacement, Solano County CIO and Registrar of Voters Tim Flanagan. Since Dupuis’ departure, the position has been held on an interim basis by CTO Ram Gurumurthy.
