Lompoc City Councilman Steve Bridge’s defense attorney, Michael Scott, told a Santa Barbara County Superior Court judge Wednesday that he plans to file a motion seeking dismissal of Bridge’s criminal case Thursday.
The judge scheduled arguments on the motion for Oct. 22.
