SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KEYT) – The camera systems that detect license plates and vehicles passing by, is not only gone in Santa Barbara, but it has become part of a criminal investigation.
The City of Santa Barbara did not renew the contract with the Flock camera system at the end of August.
In early September, the City Council was told the 12 camera system would be gone in two weeks…
