Two Petaluma residents have been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash that injured two children riding an electric scooter in Rohnert Park, authorities said Monday.
Driver Tamisha Joeline Smith, 34, and passenger Bradley Davis McCullough, 25, are facing charges in the May 29 hit-and-run that seriously injured two juveniles riding an e-scooter, according to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety.
