ROHNERT PARK, CA — “On June, 17th 2026, detectives and patrol officers with the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety (RPDPS) arrested 27-year-old Uriel Leobardo Ruiz Altamirano a Rohnert Park resident, for possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
In February 2026, RPDPS received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), referred through the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children (SVICAC) Task Force.
