Drivers traveling through Napa County should expect delays beginning Tuesday as road crews start a six-week resurfacing project on a stretch of state Route 128 between St. Helena and the city of Napa, Caltrans said.
The work will take place between Berryessa Knoxville Road and Monticello Dam, primarily in unincorporated Napa County, and is scheduled to continue through Aug. 21, Caltrans said in a statement.
