A 48-year-old Santa Rosa woman is in custody following a series of confrontations in Sonoma on Tuesday evening.
According to the Sonoma Index-Tribune, police initially responded to the Maxwell Village Shopping Center around 8 p.m. after the suspect allegedly argued with a driver, spit on his car, and slapped him. While investigating her for public intoxication, witnesses came forward accusing the woman of previously flashing her breasts at teenagers at the nearby Maxwell Farms Skatepark.
