A 30-year-old Petaluma man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after leading officers on a brief pursuit late Thursday, police said.
An officer spotted Frank Jordan Garcia allegedly driving at an extremely high speed eastbound on East Washington Street near the Highway 101 overpass at about 11:10 p.m. Thursday.
