R.D. Olson Construction has broken ground on Appellation Healdsburg in Healdsburg’s North Village, a partnership between Comstock Development, chef Charlie Palmer and Christopher Hunsberger’s newest hotels under the Appellation brand. The resort will be spread across eight acres in a campus-style setting and is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2025.
