Caltrans has finished Phase 1 of the Culvert Improvement Project on State Route 29 between Rutherford Road and Oakville Cross Road in Rutherford, Napa County. Both lanes are now open to two-way traffic, and temporary signals have been removed. New 35 MPH speed limit and bicycle share-the-road signs are in place.
