Santa Rosa police are urging drivers to avoid Sebastopol Road between Dutton Avenue and West Avenue today as officers respond to an active situation in the corridor. The advisory went out on X at 9:03 PM yesterday, telling commuters in the Roseland neighborhood to expect delays and consider alternate routes.
