(KRON) — A motorcycle passenger ejected onto Highway 12 during a crash Tuesday then struck by a passing vehicle died from her injuries on her birthday, according to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office has identified the victim as Brittany Racquel Rankins, 36, of Sacramento.
