A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly attacked someone with a bat in a Santa Rosa parking lot, authorities said.
Police responded to reports of a fight about 6:20 a.m. in the area of Hoen Avenue and Summerfield Road, but they found the suspect had fled.
