PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (WWSB) – The man accused of driving the wrong way on I-75 while drunk and killing a 21-year-old Bradenton woman is due to be arraigned Monday morning in Charlotte County Court.
Prosecutors say 53-year-old Dennis Lee Olson of Sarasota was drunk May 17 when he made a U-turn on I-75 and began driving south in the northbound lanes near mile marker 150 in Charlotte County.
Investigators say Olson’s Ford F-150 first collided with a car driven by 34-year-old Jacqueline Flores. She and two other passengers in the car, including her 15-year-old son and another 12-year-old passenger, were seriously injured…
