SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Sarasota business owner is converting a construction wall along Tuttle Avenue into an outdoor gallery for local artists, after a city code enforcement complaint sparked the idea.
The project began when residents mistook Anthony Gimenez’s unfinished construction wall for graffiti and reported it to code enforcement. The complaint led Gimenez to open the wall to local artists instead.
