SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Sarasota County voters could see sharply different ballots in the Aug. 18 primary, depending on their party registration, precinct and local voting districts.
The Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections provided sample ballots representing some of the county’s core ballot styles. Elections officials said there are 19 core styles in all: 10 Republican, five Democratic and four nonpartisan.
The samples show voters will decide races for U.S. Senate, governor and lieutenant governor, chief financial officer and commissioner of agriculture.
