NOKOMIS — A convicted felon with a record of arrests in Sarasota County dating to 2004 was apprehended again Wednesday in connection with charges originally brought in 2025.
Eddie Lee Outing, 41, 700 block of Church St., Nokomis, is charged with armed trafficking in cocaine, a life felony for him as a habitual violent felony offender. He’s free on $50,000 bond.
He has pleaded not guilty through a private attorney who has moved to withdraw from representing him in a motion stating that their relationship has been “severely damaged” by allegations made by his family members against her and her staff…
