SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Manatee County Sheriff’s office recently posted that members of the Dive Team and Marine Unit successfully recovered a submerged truck from Lake Manatee on Sept. 9.
Reports of a submerged truck since November 2024 allowed the sheriff’s office to activate their Dive Team to conduct an underwater inspection.
After the Dive Team concluded that there were no signs of foul play, the Marine Unit retrieved the truck safely. No injuries or deaths were reported…
