A Florida man was charged with allegedly wanting to “hunt Jews” after the FBI investigated social media videos the suspect purportedly made showing off various weapons, including a flamethrower, while making threats, according to court documents unsealed Tuesday.
Duncan MacDonald, of Sarasota, allegedly posted videos on his Instagram story feed between Sept. 16 and Sept. 17 showing off firearms, ammunition, accessories and tactical gear in a “hardware room” of a residence, according to the criminal complaint filed in the Middle District of Florida.
Someone who knew MacDonald took screen captures of the videos, according to the complaint, and flagged them to authorities. After receiving the videos, the FBI began its probe, according to the complaint.

In one of the alleged videos, MacDonald filmed different racks of firearms and stated, “we’re over here gonna hunt Jews,” the complaint said.
