Atlanta-based PulteGroup has plans for an expansive residential community in Manatee County.
Reagan Landing calls for 424 single-family homes measuring one and two stories above grade. There will be 14 home designs, with homes spanning about 1,250 to 5,360 square feet. The community will be developed in three phases.
In-unit features include open-concept layout plans, integrated smart home technology, and energy-efficient appliances. Each home will also feature a two- to three-car garage, depending on the model. Units are priced from $352,000.
