VENICE — An Osprey man who caused a crash by driving the wrong way on State Road 681 said he didn’t think he was under the influence of alcohol, but DUI testing suggested otherwise.
Bruce Lydick Anderson, 63, 100 block of Revolution Way, is charged with DUI with a blood-alcohol level of 0.15 or above or a person under 18 in the vehicle and three counts of DUI with damage to property or person of another. All of the charges are misdemeanors.
He has waived arraignment and pleaded not guilty. He’s free on bond of $3,500…
