EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office is responding to a three-vehicle crash in the area of Old Augusta Road and Highway 21.
Deputies say southbound lanes of Highway 21 are shut down at this time.
