SAVANNAH, Ga. — One of America’s most iconic symbols is making its way to Savannah Thursday as the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales arrive for a three-day celebration commemorating the 150th anniversary of Budweiser. The legendary eight-horse hitch will make several public appearances across the city from June 4-6, offering residents and visitors a rare opportunity to see the majestic horses up close while celebrating both Budweiser’s historic milestone and Savannah’s own rich traditions.
The festivities begin Thursday afternoon at Daffin Park with the official hitching of the Budweiser Clydesdales before the team parades to Grayson Stadium ahead of a Savannah Bananas game.
