HINESVILLE, Ga. (WSAV) — A Hinesville City Council Member was arrested and charged with DUI Thursday evening.
According to Maj. Joshua Heath of the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, Jose Ortiz Jr. was initially stopped for not wearing his seatbelt shortly after 11 p.m. in Hinesville by a Liberty County deputy.
