Free shuttle service launches in Bluffton as Old Town construction begins

BLUFFTON, Sc. (WTOC) – The Town of Bluffton is launching a free transportation service to help residents and visitors access the Old Town Historic Bluffton District during upcoming construction projects.

The service begins Thursday, June 18, and will run as a 12-week pilot program. It will operate Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at no cost to riders.

Town officials say the shuttle is meant to help reduce parking challenges as infrastructure improvements impact street and parking availability in Old Town.
