BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — One person is dead following an overnight crash on US-278 in Beaufort County.
The crash took place on US-278 near Helmsman Way at approximately 12:28 a.m., according to Master Trooper Joseph L. Rowell with the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP).
