TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) — To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the city of Tybee Island is holding a contest to decorate fire hydrants.
Awards for the contest will be given to the best patriotic theme, best youth design, most creative, best Tybee spirit and best city department design.
