BLUFFTON, S.C. (WSAV) — The Historic Bluffton Foundation (HBF) announced Friday it plans to sell the organization’s landmark property, the Heywood House.
HBF released a statement saying the decision was not made lightly. They spent the last decade making significant restoration and repairs to the 1840s home and surrounding property.
HBF said now that the entire property is in a well-maintained condition, it is time to focus on other historic sites…
