The developer of a luxury apartment complex by the Oglethorpe Mall recently sold an adjacent outparcel, according to the latest Chatham County property transfers. The sold property runs along White Bluff Road and is zoned for community business.
The property was sold by H & H Savannah IV, LLC whose registered office address matches that of Madison Capital Group. Madison Communities, the residential development subsidiary of Madison Capital Group, developed the nearby apartments.
