RIDGELAND, Sc. (WTOC) – The Jasper County Hunger Free Zone will host a free community food giveaway on Saturday, July 11, offering fresh fruits and vegetables to anyone in need.
The giveaway runs from 9:30 a.m. to noon behind Polaris Tech Charter School at 1508 Grays Highway in Ridgeland. Organizers say the event is open to everyone and has drawn attendees from surrounding communities, including Savannah.
The event is free, and no registration is required.
