Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry receives $5,000 Sparklight grant

BLUFFTON, Sc. (WTOC) – The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry has received a $5,000 grant from the Sparklight Charitable Giving Fund to expand educational opportunities and workforce readiness programs for local students.

The grant will help strengthen math and literacy instruction, expand technology-supported learning, and enhance workforce readiness programming to prepare students for future educational and career success.

During its latest grant cycle, Sparklight awarded more than $125,000 to 28 nonprofit organizations in the communities it serves.
