SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Four migrant workers will receive $52,937 from Egreen Transport Corporation, a Savannah logistics company, covering backpay, interest, and financial harms two years after WTOC Investigates exposed that the workers were being exploited.
The workers filed a charge with the National Labor Relations Board in 2024, accusing the company of violating their right to organize and strike.
