SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Leaders at a local animal rescue told WSAV on Tuesday someone broke onto their property multiple times over the past week, stealing laundry detergent and abandoning a dog in the facility.
Jennifer Taylor with Renegade Paws Rescue said the organization is most concerned about the abandon dog, named Denzel, because this could lead to a stream of consequences.
“We have no idea who this dog is, but now it’s in our hands,” said Taylor. “We are not here to shame anyone. Everyone falls on hard times but we want people to understand that this is not a rescue problem. This is not a one-day problem. This is a community problem.”…
