SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Two former Savannah Police officers fired for alleged Flock misuse appealed their terminations during a Civil Service Board meeting Tuesday, according to a city document.
Thirty-nine-year-old Matthew Rich and 23-year-old Donald Phillips were both charged with two counts of misuse of a license plate reader system and one count of violation of oath of office back in August. They were working as officers with the Savannah Police Department at the time, according to Georgia Bureau of Investigation reports.
