RINCON, Ga. (WTOC) – A two-day community festival coming to Effingham County next month will pair family activities with fundraising efforts for local first responders, cancer support and historic preservation.
The Magnolia Grove Festival is scheduled for Oct. 17-18 at the New Ebenezer Retreat Center in Rincon.
