SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The center lanes on Bay St. between Drayton St. and Bull St. will be temporarily closed starting on Sunday, Sept. 20.
Bay St. will remain open, although the center lanes will be inaccessible for at least a week while utility work is staged on East Bay St., the City of Savannah said in a release.
