SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Chatham County grand jury has indicted a man on one count of Malice Murder for the death of his girlfriend’s son.
Frank Scott, 60, was indicted this week after being charged in the death of Henry Hughes Cawley, the son of Scott’s girlfriend, referenced as Ms. Palmer, back in June.
The incident stemmed from a stabbing on Teresa Drive on June 30.
During a court hearing in August, a detective testified that Ms. Palmer called 911 saying that she and her boyfriend had been attacked, that the attacker was her son, and that everyone was bleeding…
