SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Savannah Police Department is seeking to identify a suspect in connection to an assault.
According to officials, the incident occurred near Bay Lane and Abercorn Street on Feb. 15. The individual is a while male with full-body tattoos who police say was riding a pink bicycle.
