SAVANNAH, GA — Pho 5 Spices, a new Vietnamese restaurant from Tobey and Jenny Vu, is preparing to open at 114 E Broughton St, Savannah, GA 31401. The team is currently completing interior renovations, with a soft opening expected in approximately three to four weeks.
What to Expect
Pho 5 Spices will operate as a full-service restaurant with approximately 45 to 56 seats. The interior will feature design elements inspired by Vietnam, with the goal of creating an environment that reflects the feel of Saigon and other regions.
The restaurant will also include a bar and will be open seven days a week, serving both lunch and dinner.
Pho 5 Spices Menu
The menu will focus on a concise selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes, centered around three core categories: pho, noodle dishes, and rice plates.
“Right now, we’re going to focus on those three main things… and try to make every dish with traditional and authentic flavor,” Vu told Business Debut.
Guests can expect items such as pho, vermicelli noodle bowls with grilled pork or shrimp, and rice dishes, along with additional offerings like spring rolls, egg rolls, and bánh mì. The team plans to keep the menu streamlined initially to maintain quality and consistency, with potential expansion in the future.
