Scottsdale Draws More Millionaires Than Any U.S. City as Its Seven-Figure Population Jumps 125% Over the Past Decade

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Scottsdale has become the fastest-growing wealth hub in the United States, with its millionaire population rising 125% from 2014 to 2024, according to Henley & Partners’ USA Wealth Report 2025.

The city of about 246,000 now has 14,800 millionaires, 64 centi-millionaires and five billionaires, underscoring how quickly high-net-worth residents have concentrated there.

Scottsdale tops U.S. growth rankings for millionaire residents

Henley & Partners said no other American city matched Scottsdale’s pace of millionaire growth over the last decade.

Among the other major gainers were West Palm Beach at 112%, the Bay Area at 98%, Miami at 94% and Washington, D.C., at 92%.
