SEATTLE — A 13-year-old boy has been charged in King County Juvenile Court with first-degree manslaughter and unlawful possession of a firearm in connection with the fatal shooting of his 17-year-old cousin at a South Seattle apartment last month, according to court documents.
Prosecutors charged the 13-year-old on June 9 in the May 29 shooting death of his cousin, who died two days later at Harborview Medical Center.
