Drivers should plan ahead for crossing Hood Canal during weekdays over the next two weeks, as the Hood Canal Bridge is scheduled to close for an hour twice a day for a series of bridge inspections starting on Monday, April 13.
The inspections will be conducted by Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) crews.
