Local chefs Rod Gambassi and Marc Adams announced the grand opening of R+M Desserts on Thursday, May 14, at 403 Main St. in Edmonds.
The European-style takeaway boutique will feature many of R+M’s much-loved desserts, previously available only at their Seattle and Bellevue locations. R+M Desserts in Edmonds will offer the chefs’ popular R+M Signature packaged ice cream pints, cookies, gourmet popcorn, ruby chocolate clusters, granolas, nuts and more.
The dessert case will feature guava cheesecake, berry ricotta tarts, chocolate strawberry mousse domes, pistachio cheesecake, Caramelia milk chocolate cremeux, key lime tarts and more…
