SHREVEPORT, La. — The annual Let the Good Times Roll Festival returns to downtown Shreveport this weekend, celebrating the rich culture, art, food, and music of the African American community.
The multi-day festival, hosted by Rho Omega Friends, takes place at Festival Plaza and runs through Sunday.
