COUSHATTA, La. – Some dramatic video shows the extent of flooding happening right now in Red River Parish.
Coushatta Mayor Ashanti Cole posted this video to his Facebook page of water rushing over the bridge near the Line Street and Brittain Street merge in the town.
Water can be seen almost touching the bottom of the guardrails…
