Shreveport Police responded to Treyton Trail regarding a fight involving multiple individuals.
Officers learned that a physical fight began between two 12 year-old girls in the street near people’s homes. When adults attempted to intervene and stop the fight, the incident escalated.
Witnesses told SPD that 63 year-old Sherri Boyd approached one of the juveniles from behind and stabbed her in the back with a skewer containing two sharp points. The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by the Shreveport Fire Department.
