I’m the one who will spend an hour falling down a rabbit hole watching food videos on TikTok or Facebook before I ever look at a star rating.
But whether you’re scrolling videos or checking star ratings, can social media and online reviews actually tell you if a restaurant is safe to eat at?
I have always used my own foolproof method right here in Shreveport–Bossier, I ask the soda delivery guys. If you ever want to know how clean a kitchen really is, find the local Coke or Pepsi delivery guy and ask them if they’d eat there.
