Burger lovers will soon have a new way to grab a homemade meal as Bailey’s on Wheels gets ready to hit the road in a couple of weeks. Specializing in fresh, homemade burgers, the food truck will make regular stops at Family Dollar in Mansfield and Brassica Farms in Stonewall, with a Natchitoches location currently in the works. Living by the slogan, “If you can’t come to us, we can come to you,” Bailey’s on Wheels will also be available for festivals, community events, birthday parties, reunions, business functions, and other special gatherings. Watch for upcoming schedules and locations as the food truck begins serving customers throughout the area.

Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Grand Bayou will host Revival Services Wednesday through Friday, July 8–10, with worship beginning each evening at 7pm. Host Pastor Danny Davis Sr. invites the community to attend three nights of inspirational preaching and fellowship. Guest speakers include Pastor Treyland Richmond of Providence Baptist Church in Stonewall on Wednesday, Pastor Tommy Eason of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in East Point on Thursday, and Pastor John Graham of New Growth Baptist Church in Waskom, Texas, on Friday. Everyone is invited to attend and experience an uplifting time of worship, prayer, and spiritual renewal.

The Delta Utilities Red River Balloon Rally returns to Shreveport-Bossier July 9–11 with three days of family-friendly entertainment. The festivities begin Thursday evening with the annual Balloon Glow at Barksdale Air Force Base for military families with DoD access. Friday and Saturday’s public events at Louisiana Downs kick off at 5pm and feature colorful hot air balloon glows, live music, fireworks, a drone show, a free Kids Zone, food vendors, the Bossier City Farmers Market, balloon rides, and more.
