17-year-old arrested after shots fired in Shreveport, one man critically injured

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Shreveport Police responded to reports of shots fired on Hickory and Union Street Sunday evening, July 19, around 6:47 p.m.

Officers arrived at the scene and found a man with a gunshot wound and suffering from life-threatening injuries. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital.

Police say they have a suspect in custody, 17-year-old Kenneth Harp.

Harp was found around 7 p.m. hiding underneath a house on Union Street…
