He and partner Walt Bigbee then made the jump to franchises. When you eat at a Shreveport-Bossier City Jersey Mike’s, Zaxby’s or the new Shipley Do-Nuts, it is one of their BC Restaurant Holdings’ stores. Four more Shipley locations between Marshall and Minden are coming and the partners have just gotten the franchise for Jersey Mike’s in Ruston, Monroe and West Monroe.
